Yes, up to 50 MB. You can build it, activate it and let it open without paying anything. If it grows past that, it is priced like any other event.

Each event after your first is paid once, by size: Small, up to 100 MB, £5; Medium, up to 250 MB, £10; Large, up to 500 MB, £20; Largest, up to 1 GB, £30. You choose when you activate it, and we show you the smallest size that holds what you added.

Choose the next size up and pay the difference. A Medium event becomes Large for £10.

Not for that event. There is no subscription and nothing to renew. You only pay again if you choose to make an event bigger, or for another event after your first.

Nothing. You keep unlimited events within the storage you bought, and you can still add storage from your account.

Because of what this is for. An event may need to sit untouched for decades, and a subscription is a payment that can lapse — through a cancelled card, a closed bank account, or simply because the person paying it is no longer here to pay it. Anything that can quietly expire is the wrong shape for this.

We begin securing your content as soon as you buy, and that step cannot be undone — so payments are non-refundable once the service has begun, except where a refund is required by law or we agree otherwise. Buying also means consenting to that immediate start, which waives the statutory 14-day cancellation right to the extent the service has been supplied. If something is faulty or not as described, your rights are unaffected.

It is forfeited. Deleting your account loses every event you paid for, along with any lifetime access or storage top-ups you held, and none of it is refunded — creating a new account later means paying again. Deletion is deliberate and permanent, so it is worth being certain.
